Luis is a chef born and trained in Los Cabos, where he discovered his love for cooking, its flavors, and its art. His passion has taken him across North America, learning and discovering his own recipes in every place where he has shared his skill and dedication to creating the perfect dish.
Every culture finds its unique expression in nature. Each style of cuisine is a profound manifestation of the human spirit; it is seeing oneself reflected in the flavors of others, and seeking the greatest potential of the ingredients provided by each region.
